hello! i’m avantika
sustainability-minded traveler, art history & national park fanatic, repeat expat, & dog lover
Avantika is a repeat expat raised across multiple continents who believes that travel should be inspired, individual, and impactful. She’s explored 70 countries (30 solo!) and lived in 10, having spent the last two years in France, Italy, Kenya, and South Africa. Stateside, she’s been to 40 states, lived in 9, and hiked across 34 US National Parks.
Avantika’s hunger to learn about the world and drive systemic, social change led to a consulting and nonprofit career in D.C. before she became a lawyer. After a career in politics and the law, Avantika felt she could more directly influence people through thoughtful and impact-oriented luxury travel experiences. Utilizing her extensive global network, client services chops, and meticulous attention to detail, Avantika will ensure every last aspect is handled and go the extra mile to carefully craft a highly personalized trip for you.
As a safari specialist, art and culture buff, and vegetarian foodie, Avantika prides herself on finding the latest and greatest for her clients, no matter the area. Her favorite travel experiences have included a private cooking demonstration by a Michelin chef in the South of France, watching 30 lions feed up close in Botswana’s Okavango Delta, and hiking the Great Wall of China.
Between extended stints abroad, Avantika splits her time between New York & Seattle. Her non-travel hobbies include petting other people’s dogs, improving her Spanish, and planning her next great American road trip.
Ready to plan your next epic getaway without the time, indecision, or stress?
I can’t wait to work with you & craft a trip beyond your wildest dreams!
